We will let you know if you use all of your reference allowance before the end of the subscription period (month/year), but you don’t have to stop using Edifix!

You can continue to Edifix additional references by paying extra reference charges. You'll be prompted to approve these charges when you submit a job that goes over your reference allowance. Overage charges are calculated based on your monthly or annual plan. 

For example, Edna Fix has a Basic Monthly plan, which gives Edna a monthly allowance of 250 references. Edna has already Edifixed 240 references this month, but she wants to submit a new job of 20 references. Edifix tells her that she can only process 10 references with her current allowance, but can pay $0.16 for each of the additional 10 references. Edna approves the overage charge of $1.60, and Edifixes her entire reference list. 

If you have a monthly subscription, you will be billed for extra reference overage charges when the total amount of those charges is equal to or greater than the cost of your subscription plan, or at the end of the month, whichever comes first.

If you have an annual subscription, you will be billed for extra reference overage charges when the total amount of overage charges is equal to or greater than $50, or at the end of the year, whichever comes first.
