How can I tell whether or not Edifix made changes to a specific reference entry, and if so, what was changed?

There are several ways you can check this!

In any of the 3 views on the Edifix results screen, fully parsed entries will appear in black while unparsed or semi-parsed entries will appear in gray.
On the Edifix results screen, look at the Show Changes view; fully parsed entries will show changes in the second paragraph (black text with gray shading and tracked changes).
In some cases, a semi-parsed reference will show a comment in Reference + Links/Comments and Show Changes views (third paragraph, black text with yellow shading) indicating what the problem was.

The gray/black distinction helps you pinpoint which reference entries will still need attention from you.
