If Edifix introduced an error in your references, please let us know by clicking the Report Issue button under the Results of your reference job. Please describe the nature of the error when you submit the report. Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, and you can generally expect a response within one working day. If Edifix has introduced a serious error in your references, we will refund the appropriate number of references to your reference allowance.
