If you do not have Flash installed, or if you have a version of Flash earlier than 10.1, the Select All References for Copying button is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of your reference results page. This button selects, or highlights, the references on screen; you can then right-click>copy or use keyboard shortcuts (ctrl + c) to copy your references and paste them into another file.
