If you have a Monthly subscription plan, your subscription will be renewed every month from the date you purchased the plan. When your subscription renews, your reference allowance resets to the starting total for your plan, and you are automatically billed for the renewal.


For example, if Eddy Fix purchases a Monthly Premium plan on January 31, then the subscription renews on the 31st (or last day) of every month. His reference allowance resets to 2,500 references, and he receives an email receipt for the renewal payment.


If you have an Annual subscription plan, your subscription will be renewed every year from the date you purchased the plan. For example, if Edith Fix purchases an Annual Premium plan on January 31, 2014, then the subscription renews on January 31 every year after that. 


If your subscription is not set up to be paid via a Credit Card, Inera's business department will send you an invoice 30 days before your subscription is due to expire. Please pay this invoice promptly.
